RETURNS

If you receive a damaged or broken product, please take pictures of the packaging they arrived in and the damaged product within its packaging. Send the images and a short description to our customer services team at info@silkandbubble.com. Please note, all faulty or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. We will happily send you a replacement, please see Terms and Conditions and refer to Product Faults/Manufacturers Defects.

REFUND POLICY

We offer a 100% money back guarantee if you change your mind and no longer want the product. You must contact our customer services team to advise them of this within 24 hours and not open your package once received. The sealed package and its contents must be returned to our fulfilment centre; James & James Fulfilment, Liliput Road, Northampton NN4 7DT, within 14 days of receipt. Please note, you will be responsible for paying postage costs and ensuring the package is returned to us using a tracked service. Items returned to our fulfilment centre beyond the holding period are deemed refundable, however due to unwanted shipping costs your refund amount will be debited by £5 to cover these. Used and opened products will not qualify for any refund. Refunds can take up to 14 working days from receiving our product back. Contact info@silkandbubble.com and our team will inform you of the process of returning products back to our distribution centre. Once we have received your return, we will process your refund.
