All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payments are made, and shipping costs will vary based on the volume ordered. Depending on your banking provider, all prices are shown in UK GBP and may be billed in your local currency.
The total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of any other duties if required.
Orders outside of the UK and some EU countries may incur customs fees and be charged upon the package reaching your destination country.
Silk & Bubble, has no control over customs and import tax, and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs, and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.
You, as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
RETURNS
If you receive a damaged or broken product, please take pictures of the packaging they arrived in and the damaged product within its packaging. Send the images and a short description to our customer services team at info@silkandbubble.com. Please note, all faulty or damaged items must be reported within 12 hours of receipt. We will happily send you a replacement, please see Terms and Conditions and refer to Product Faults/Manufacturers Defects.
If products are missing from your package, please take pictures of the package and it's contents as these are required for investigation purposes. Also, please mention the condition of the package when received.
We reserve the right to decline any fraudulent or tampered with claims.
Investigations can take up to 30 days depending on the courrier used.
REFUND POLICY
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if you change your mind and no longer want the product. You must contact our customer services team to advise them of this within 24 hours and not open your package once received. The sealed package and its contents must be returned to our fulfilment centre; Silk & Bubble, Unit 5 Cunningham Court, Lions Drive, Blackburn BB1 2QX, within 14 days of receipt. Please note, you will be responsible for paying postage costs and ensuring the package is returned to us using a tracked service. Used and opened products will not qualify for any refund. Refunds can take up to 14 working days from receiving our product back. Contact info@silkandbubble.com and our team will inform you of the process of returning products back to our distribution centre. Once we have received your return, we will process your refund.
