Shampoo your hair as normal, rinsing thoroughly to remove all excess residue.

With the nourishing hair mask, you’ll have 24 months from opening your jar to use it up, which will be very easy! We recommend keeping it cool and out of direct sunlight as this will keep your mask fresher for longer!
How long do I leave the hair mask on for?
We would recommend 5-10 minutes for a good conditioning, but for deep nourishment and the best results, we’d say to wear it overnight!
Should I still shampoo my hair?
You should always shampoo before to make your hair clean for our practically-perfect hair mask. We highly recommend using sulfate free products, they’re less nasty and damaging.

Only gave me 2 products out of the 4
I'm really disappointed with this i ordered x2 bestie bundle i only received 2 i emailed silk and bubble who then told me sent pictures of the packaging i sent everything across including pictures of the delivery man handing it over which clearly shown their is only 2 in the package. After waiting nearly 3 weeks I get a email to say they can see it was part of a 2 package and only one part was delivered, again telling me they will investigate this. I sent further two emails and no response im chasing this why??? You took my money but haven't delivered my 2 silk and bubble hair masks, why isn't a further 2 delivered why this is being resolved why isit its nearly taken 2 months and I'm still waiting and no response back since ??? The Customer service is really bad im chasing up something that was delivered on top i been told it hasn't and nothing has come since or I haven't heard back since

I ordered the besties bundle mask x2 and I only received one bundle. I have emailed the team several times also via Instagram, filled in online form, Facebook messenger and have had no reply back. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service, no contact number or online chat to speak to anyone. Will not be purchasing the products again as I have lost out on money

Bad service incorrect products
I ordered 4 pots of the conditioner, 2 x besties bundle and only received 2 pots. After 6 emails and several messages on Instagram I have been ignored and no one has looked into this. The service is poor and customer service is even worse.
