Ordering and Purchasing

Corona Virus Update & BREXIT-

Local deliveries can take up to 30 days due to Courier staff shortages.

International deliveries may take longer due to flight restrictions in certain countries. Please check with your local post office before placing your order. We do not have any control over this.

When purchasing from our Site, you must closely follow the instructions on the Site as to how to carry out the order and to make changes to your future order before you submit and purchase. The product's price will be shown in the Cart before check-out and can only be altered via a valid code or affiliate link. The price advertised includes VAT for any conversion rates and currencies. You will pay for the product in full via a debit or credit card, PayPal, or Klarna assist; however, no shipment will be processed until payment is made. Failure to retrieve payment will result in a cancellation, and the order will not be authorised.

If you are asked for details from card payment, you must be fully entitled to use that card and account. Said card must have sufficient funds to cover the proposed price/payment to us.  You undertake that all details provided to us for purchase will be correct, that the credit/debit card or account used is your own, and that there is sufficient funding for the product in the desired payment method. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product. When you place an order on the Site, you agree to the latest Terms and Conditions at the date of order submission. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the present T&Cs.

We are only obligated to supply your order with success once it has been accepted via your chosen payment method. Unless you receive an email letter or acknowledgement of order acceptance, the charge is void and does not constitute the Confirmation Order. In your confirmation email letter/acknowledgement, you will receive an order reference number with details of your purchase. We advise that you keep this email for confirmation should any issues arise. After successful payment and confirmation of the order, a contract will be legally bound in which we must supply the product you have ordered. When the order has been successfully reviewed, you will receive a dispatch email with a link to track your order via the Site. This will have a unique track number, so it is advised to keep this email. Should any shipping issues arise, contact info@silkandbubble.com, and any queries or concerns will be dealt with there.

Standard UK shipping is £6.00. The estimated delivery time in the UK with standard shipping is 5-7 working days. UK express shipping delivery is £12 and can take 1-2 business days. International Express delivery is based upon country, and please refer to the shipping policy for price and delivery times. This is subject to change if/when we see fit. Please keep up to date with T&Cs for more shipping information.

We are not liable for international orders where you are charged a customs fee, as your home country regulates this.

Your duty and responsibility are to ensure you track your delivery once despatched and ensure you collect your item. You will be provided with a tracking number via email. Couriers will provide you with alternative arrangements if your initial delivery is unsuccessful. It is your responsibility to ensure you contact your local courier and make arrangements for safe delivery. If you have not collected your item beyond the holding period, this varies from courier to courier; it will be returned to us. If your order has been missed and redelivery has been arranged and missed for a second time, it will be returned to us. If a re-delivery is needed, this will be chargeable.

Items returned to our fulfilment centre beyond the holding period are deemed refundable. However, due to unwanted shipping costs, you will be debited the shipping costs from your refund to cover this.

Product Faults/Manufacturers Defects

We are passionate about our hair mask product and all other products soon joining this line. We want you to have the best experience possible, so we will replace damaged products if you return them within 30 days of purchase. Please get in touch with us at: info@silkandbubble.com to find out how to send these products back to the nearestfulfilment/distribution centre, and we will process the replacement after we receive this.

Please note that we will only replace any damaged products sent out due to damages caused by our fulfilment centre. We have a rigorous inspection process to ensure you receive our product in the best condition. We are not liable for any damages caused by external couriers; this does not require a refund, and we advise you to contact your local courier if this occurs.

Contract Terminations

In addition to any other legal or acquisitional purposes, we may, without prior notice, terminate your Agreement and revoke any/all your rights granted under this Agreement. Upon said termination, you will immediately cease all access to and usage of the Site. Additionally, in any other scenario we deem to break the contract, T&Cs will immediately revoke all password and account identification issued. You will be denied access to and use within the Site as a whole.

International Access

International orders may be subject to a customs charge, and please check with your country's guidelines and customs regulations. We cannot be held liable for paying these charges.

This website operates and is accessible from anywhere in the world. There are no issues with shipping internationally to any country, so we are available everywhere. Please allow more time for international orders to arrive. This being said, you are responsible for your local laws and comply with the regulations of your residency. RETURNS

If you receive a damaged or broken product, we will happily replace them within 30 days of purchase, please see Terms and Conditions and refer to Product Faults/Manufacturers Defects. Contact info@silkandbubble.com and our team will inform you of the process of sending damaged products back to our distribution centre. Once we have received your return, we will process your replacement.

REFUND POLICY

We offer a 100% money back guarantee for requests within 14 days of receiving your goods. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you’ve notified our team at info@silkandbubble.com. Used and opened products will not qualify for any refund. Refunds can take up to 14 working days from receiving our products back. Once your return is received it will be inspected by our team. You will need to send the products via tracked delivery and it will need to include your name and order number within your return and sent in the original packaging. Please email info@silkandbubble.com once the tracking is showing as delivered along with the tracking details.

We cannot refund any item if:

It is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error It is returned more than 14 days after delivery. Any items you return back to us at your own accord and these become lost in transit and never reach our Returns department we hold no responsibility for. Any orders received by our Returns department which does not include a note outlining your name, order number, reason for return and product name and quantity being returned otherwise we will not know this is your return.

SUPER NOURISHING HAIR GROWTH MASK
Who is Silk & Bubble for?
It is for everyone wanting to improve the health, length, thickness and strength of their hair. It is suitable for both men and women and is gentle enough to be used on children from the age of 4.
How soon will I start to see results?
We recommend using the hair mask at last 2 to 3 times a week and for a minimum of 3 months to start seeing a difference. Some people may see results sooner than others, but that’s just because we’re all different. We recommend having a picture diary of your hair which will help you see the difference in length and thickness (we would love to see it too!)
I have bald patches on different areas of my head, will my hair grow there?
Our mask will not create re-growth on areas where growth has stopped. It instead works to improve the quality and texture of existing hair follicles. You will notice that baby hair will grow quicker and you will have less breakage since the mask nourishes and strengthens the hair you have.
Can I use it if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Because our hair mask is 100% organic, with no harmful chemicals, it is suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you still have your doubts, please discuss the ingredients with your GP.
Is it suitable for coloured and keratin treated hair?
Yes, our mask will not strip your hair of its colour or tint. It will in fact make your hair colour look more vibrant because it will nourish, moisturise and smooth each strand.
Does the hair mask have an expiry date?
With the nourishing hair mask, you will have 24 months from opening your jar to use it up, which shouldn’t be too difficult! We recommend storing it in a cool dry place and out of direct sunlight as this will help keep your mask fresher for longer. (It does not need to be refrigerated)
Can I use it more than 3 times a week?
Yes, you can, but you might find that the product will make your hair a little greasy as it is moisturising. We recommend 2 to 3 times a week.
I have greasy roots and dry ends; will it make my hair greasier or weigh it down?
If you apply it just to the ends whilst in the shower after a shampoo or as a 10-minute treatment before the shower then it won’t weigh it down.
I have fine hair; will it weigh it down?
Not if it is only applied to the ends/ length.
I have afro hair; can I use this mask?
yes, you will find your curls become more defined, easier to manage and with a healthy shine.
Does it help with dandruff?
It will give your scalp moisture therefore reducing dandruff.
What are the benefits in the long run?
Healthier, stronger, shinier more nourished hair, stronger hair follicles and promoted hair growth.
Does it contain sodium?
It contains Sodium Benzoate as this is required to be used as a preservative.
ORDERS
Where is my order?
After placing your order, provided you have supplied us with your email address, we will send you an email once your package has been dispatched. This email contains tracking information for your package. If you track it and find that no further information is available then please send an email quoting your full name and order number to info@silkandbubble.com.
My package arrived and the contents are damaged, what shall I do?
As soon as you open your package and find that the product is damaged, take pictures of the package before throwing it away and also take pictures of the product inside the package. (We need these to show the courier service provider that they have mishandled our package). Then, send an email to info@silkandbubble.com attaching the pictures taken together with your order number and full name with a brief explanation of what you found. Someone from our customer services team will respond to you with a solution. Please note, investigations can take up to 7 working days.
I need to cancel my order, is it too late?
Depending on which day and the time of your order, you would need to send an urgent email to info@silkandbubble.com advising them of the reason to cancel your order and they would then let you know if it is possible or not.
I haven’t received confirmation of my order.
If you haven’t received confirmation of your order, it could be one of two things; either you didn’t enter your correct email address (or forgot to enter it all together), or your order didn’t go through because your server may have timed out.
